Completely. Most of our members start exactly where you are now. Every reformer class includes modifications for first-timers, and your instructor will guide you through each movement before the class begins. There's no pace to keep up with except your own.
Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that lets you move freely — think leggings and a fitted top. Grippy (non-slip) socks are required on the reformer for safety and hygiene. If you don't have a pair, FORME grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
Yes — we accept PayNow, all major credit cards, and Apple/Google Pay. Beyond your $19 intro class, we offer single drop-ins and class packages (5, 10, and 20 packs) at member rates, which our team can walk you through after your first session.
FORME PILATES is a 3-minute walk from Somerset MRT (Orchard Road exit), with street parking and ride-hail drop-off nearby. Full directions are sent in your booking confirmation on WhatsApp.
Many of our members practise throughout pregnancy and recovery. Let us know in your booking message and we'll place you in an appropriate class — often Prenatal/Postnatal or a private session — with an instructor trained in safe modifications. Always check with your doctor before starting.
